Classic KISS Case modifications

Has anyone made any modifications to the counterlung case in order to make installing counterlungs easier?

I know some guys have removed that pesky manifold, which I will do someday.

With a manifold that allows all 3/8"UNF scuba fittings I run the diluent hose down the outside of the case - makes things a little easier.

You don't need to remove the manifold, if you don't want to.

Simply release it from bondage to the case! There are a couple
hex nuts to unscrew. It takes a small hand or a long screwdriver

But it's tres easy.

This lets me put the CLs on almost as quickly as I do on the Sport.
