Parts order from Jetsam

Hi all,

I have to order a ADV Diaphragm from Jetsam. I've not done this before but it occured to me that its a lot of work for one $13 part. As I've not done this before, I was wondering if anyone was planning on ordering spares for delivery to the UK? If so could I add to the order? If not, does anyone need anything which I could add to my order as one $13 part seems a a very small order.
