![]() ![]() | KISS Import Code I've got a KISS Sport on it's way over from Jetsam I've just phoned Customs and Excise to get some information on the TARIC Code required. I told them it was diving equipment / breathing apparatus, and they said I should use code 90200000080 which is for 'Breathing appliances and gas masks - other' ! Good news is - the tariff is only 1.7%. Has anyone managed to find an applicable code with lower duty |

![]() ![]() | Re: KISS Import Code try 9020.00.90.90 which covers underwater breathing apparatus - self contained i think it's less than 1.7% (will check this evening) - I used this in May (ta Janos) vid

VAT on the goods only. And it was me that put Janos on to the TARIC codes. And Phil at Divingniknaks. Many beers were forthcoming.![]() Once you've paid that you stop worrying whether duty was 1.7% or 1% ![]() |
