Yep, I have the Portland engineering case and gives the unit the correct weight and trim.

Re: Classic KISS Stainless Steel Counter Lung Cases

Is it possible to make these about 8" taller (IE nakred base) so I can snuggle another 2l on the bottom for suit/wing inflation and to make it more managable for taller folks?

Cheers

JDS

Re: Classic KISS Stainless Steel Counter Lung Cases

is it wrong to buy parts for a unit you dont own yet?

i dont have a ck yet but i am really close to getting one and this seems like a no brainer part to have, so much so im surprised jetsam doesnt offer it as an option.

Hi Joel,

I, for one, do not want a taller case, PM RichClark to see if they could fit some feet for you or whether you could do this yourself with an inverted valave protector.

Cheers,

Dave Cooper.

Circa 2001-2002, Portland Oceaneering did the first SS case as well as the feet and handle.

Here is a pic of the feet if anyone wants to make something similar.
