Ck O2 Hoses

Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get rubber (flexible)O2 hoses for a CK to replace my Stainless braided ones I have had a set on order from Chris @ tech blue since August 2006 and he keeps telling me he will get them out but has been a no show.

Hi Rob-

I was flying the JVL STAR to ORD last week and was vectored quite a ways off by center. I happened to look down & saw a pretty little airport I’d not seen for a long time and then realized “Hey, that’s Monroe!”. Then I remembered a long forgotten CK bit you loaned me so I could build some T pieces for a mutual friend. Now that you’ve gone back from SK to CK I’d best get off my prodigious butt & get it back to you.

What sort or rubber hose are we talking here? Anything is build-able. ID/ OD/ ends/ pressure rating?

Oh- and the VR3 works great. Was the brightest thing I had on me after my 3rd light died on the Kamloops.

Best,
Ken

Swagelok PB-4 push on hose. I just got the bits from my local Swagelok distributor, but haven't installed it yet.

Ken,
It has been a long time, were you on the JVL 5 for ORD been a long time for that approach for me like 15 years I think I would have to get the plates out to even figure it anymore..... anyway I am looking for the two hoses the go to the O2 injector you know the ones that are on it now are the stiff SS/ Teflon type.

These work great! I also added an overpressure valve on the O2 first stage. this all happened about a week after day one on the unit. I've also added this to the dil side, whicfh has been like this for about 5 months now. Both work fine, and have made life much easier in tear downs, servicing, assembly etc...

cheers

Andy
