Hello from San Antonio

Hello.
I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jeremiah and I am currently living in the beautiful San Antonio. I moved here about 4 years ago from Alaska ( I was born and raised there). I have not been diving since leaving AK, never dived warm water and am getting ready to get back into it. I have decided I need to get a rebreather and figured I would hang out here for a bit and check out the info I can track down before taking the plunge. Maybe I'll even end up diving with a few of you in the coming years.
Later,
Jeremiah

Hey Jeremiah,

You're in about the same boat as me. Although I've lived here all my life, I've been lurking around reading all that I can. Welcome to the community (online and off) and good luck with getting back into it!

Welcome Jeremiah, and Mike as well. Enjoy this site it is full of info. Search the library for even more. I've learnd tons since i've been here.

Since i am just up the road maybe we should start a rebreather night out. Discussions about rebreathers, beers, babes, texas music, babes, and oh yea babes.
Anyway, anything i can do to help don't hesitate to ask, and again welcome.

James

James,

I'll subscribe to the "babes" portion of rebreather night out

Actually, first and last time I dived Canyon Lake, I really enjoyed the viz and easy entry/exit from North Park, so next time I'm in town to dive, I may shoot you a PM to see if you want to grab a beer (I will probably have to put the babe thing on hiatus though, or wife might renig on permission for a rebreather )

Re: Hello from San Antonio

Thanks guys. Yeah new braunfels is pretty close. I go out to canyon lake a bunch, it's gonna be cool to get diving around here. I'm always up for a get together for beer and bs'ing. I'm out for now, have class tonight.
Later...
