Greetings

Hey - my name is Steve.

Have been diving for 30 yrs (sport, military, hyperbaric medic, commercial). Have been diving a SCR Dolphin for about 4 yrs. Will be looking to get into some more advanced rebreathers in next year or so. Live in USA - South Texas. Am looking to buy a CCR soon - would like a Prism, but due to cost will probably get a KISS, when I decide to buy one. Am also interested in pure Ox Rebreathers for use in shallow water photography.

Hey Steve the KISS is not a bad way to move to CCR. Later if you want something else you will not have too much trouble getting a good share of your money back. It also does a fine job on shallow photo dives so it will fill that nitch unless you just want a O2 unit.
Are you an inland comm diver or do you work "in da patch"?
You have come to the right spot for info on rebreathers, everyone here will do what they can to help you along.

Re: Greetings

Welcome Steve,
Glad to have you on the site, a fellow Texan none the less. Good luck with which ever rebreather you decide to go with. I've had my Prism 9 months and love it. Any questions I might be able to help you with, please ask, would be glad to help. Again welcome.
