Hello to my Rebreather World Brethren

My name in Adam and I am a relative Newbie. Certified on a Dolphin years ago, but just got around to purchasing one. I live in San Diego, CA and have not had too much luck finding a place that will service the Dolphin nor can sell spare parts, sorb, etc.

If there are any recommendations out there, they would be appreciated.

I have just upgraded my Air X 02 to the Air Z O2, and my Oxy2 is ready for a new battery, so as soon as I get the new battery, I will be getting wet. Are there any places here in the US - saw the post for the one in the UK - that can sell the battery? I suppose I can always drive to UWATEC?!

As an aside, I do not have a dive partner locally - my old one now lives in LA - so if you are interested in a new partner, please let me know.

I am not too interested in modifing the Rebreather, want to get as much experience using SCR first, though I am interested to hear how it all works. On that note, not too ready for tri-mix either. Read too many posts indicating that one of the 7 deadly sins is task overloading at depth. Need to stay in a comfort zone for now. Oh yeah, I also married a Murphy!!!
