Hello everyone,

My name is Celia and I am in North Florida (cave country area), yes I am a cave diver and dive as often as work and schedule allows.

Don't have an Rebreather yet but am trying to learn more about them as they are in the horizon for my buddy and I.

LOL, yes I understood the allusion, it's just that with all these U/W toys it seems there is no such thing as "bank account" anymore, only debit account...<G>

BTW, I did find a used Meg in good shape with APECS 2.0. that did not kill my account and possibly will allow me to get one of those sexy radial scrubbers that Jakub showed us at the Rebreather experience in Lakeland a couple of months ago, but that will be later.

I am excited to say I took the meg to my future instructor, Gregg Stanton, and so far it has passed muster. He graciously allowed me to dive it in his training pool and I spent time feeling like a total flounder but having a great time with my old meg.

My husband and I are planning to book a class in August (as Gregg is off most of July) and we'll then be newbie Rebreather divers.

Thanks all for the welcome and wish me luck. I will keep reading on the board and hopefully learning as I go.
