![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi All, I've been lurking around in this great forum since long John Silver had two legs and an egg on his shoulder Some of you may know me from YDI've been interested in buying a unit for a while now and my desire has grown since doing my advanced gas course in March this year. My gas instructor is a Boris instructor and I am interested in that unit, (Hi IAn ) though I know a few people have had teething problems.I've considered all the mainstream unit including Kiss, Boris, Meg & AP Vision units. I've been convinced that I know exactly what I want about 68 times and then changed my mind, I used to be indecisive...... A mate is about to trade his classic Inspo with 4th cell ADV and a few other upgrades for a Evolution so I am almost definitly, maybe, possibly, probably going to buy his classic from him My thought is that I can get my Mod 1 done and get some hours in over the winter (even if it means diving at Vobster ) and by this time next year be ready to do some deeper stuff. If I later decide to try another unit I can always flog the classic...# Anyway, that was a very long way of saying Hi. So Hi Alan |

If you are like the rest of us, you will second guess your choice of units about every other day! There certainly is no perfect unit out there, but I think you have chosen a good place to start. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the "silent world"!
