Hello from Tennessee

I seem to be the lone Rebreather diver in TN! Have had my Boros a little over a month now. If anyone is in the area looking to NOT blow bubbles give us a call. Also added my dive shop (Rhea's Diving Services) to the RB Friendly sites as well.

Re: Hello from Tennessee

Alan,

Welcome aboard! Rebreather World is a great resource plus it's good to see another Boris user on the list and in the US at that! Quick question... Where do you dive in Tenn? Things on the map make you look a bit land locked...

Dive Safe

Re: Hello from Tennessee

Mark, yes we are land locked but have some nice flooded quarries and lakes for diving. We travel a lot as well.

Alan,
Welcome to Rebreather World!
I don't know where you are located, but in southern Illinois there is a very cool quarry called Mermet Springs.

Mermet Springs Home of 1st Class Diving

cheers,

Re: Hello from Tennessee

RBN,
Very familiar with Mermet. I usually get up there for the DUI Demo Days in the Fall. What's the conditions like now? I heard the vis was very poor. Mermet is about 4 hours from me.
Thanks,
ALAN

Re: Hello from Tennessee

Alan,
I have not been to Mermet recently, since it is quite the trip from Chicago. But it sure is well worthet. You can check the web site for the conditions or give them a call and Glen can tell you what the vis is.

Best,
RBN
