Hello + Harness size

Hello everyone.

I am a new member to this group, and I am also soon a owner of a CCR.
Am doing nearly all my diving in the Baltic Sea. Especially the well preserved and very intact wrecks, is taking a lot of my diving time!
Anyway. Me and my wife has just ordered an Inspiration Vision for me, and a Evolution for her, and we are going to Plymouth in March 2007, to do the course with Rich Stevenson at DeepBlueDiving. I did my advanced OC Trimix course, with Rich about one year ago, and we went diving with DeepBlue again, this summer. And this summer we had a whole day with try-dives on Inspiration. And we decided after trying this fantastic way of diving, that we definately wanted to dive CCR!!!

So now I am confused about wich harness size to choose.
The Inspiration I dived with, was fitted with a SS Backplate, so
I ordered a X-Large harness. ( I am a big guy)
But my old bcd, wich I use for shallow diving, a Buddy Commando, is size Large, and that fits me perfect. Not to small and not to big.

So the question is: Can you compare the size Large from my Commando Bcd, to the APD harness in size Large?

Yes,

I had a medium Buddy Jacket and a medium APD Inspiration Harness.
