Great to be aboard

Hi,

I'd like to think that I'm an old salt, but lately I just think I'm old. I started diving when I was 11 in 1964. I became an instructor (ACUC, PADI and NAUI) in 1973 and a commercial diver in 1975. I currently am a commercial and mixed gas instructor (unrestricted air, mixed gas and bell/saturation). Although I have commercial/mixed gas and sport diving experience, I'm new to sport technical diving. I've joined this forum to learn more. I look forward to participating in these discussions.

Hey Bill, did you do some time with Global Industries Offshore (Gulf PEMEX project) at the Cantarell Field in 2002? I was on the 'Global Pioneer' and 'Sea Lion' diving support vessels (deep saturation) back then. Your picture looks familiar.
