Drager diver froglee here

Hi There!
Fairly new to all this computer malarky but been diving for 25 years and 3 years with my Drager Dolphin rebreather.I did the PADI course with Mark Reeves on Orkney, doing some of my first rebreather dives on the shallower parts of the German High Fleet....I am a member of 3 different dive clubs but am the only rebreather user and feel there is pressure on me to dive open circuit a lot of the time.
I would very much like to hook up with other Drager users for diving rather than chatting but all contact is welcome!I live in SW Scotland,an hour from the Clyde dive sites and have good knowledge of Mull and Scapa as well. Also have a lot of free time!
Had a nice break in Malta last year using the Dolphin only but still ended up with a bunch of open circuit guys....
I have done a bit of diving with Inspiration divers and even did a try-dive with one[which I really enjoyed]but other than my instructor have never dived with another Dolphin user!Hope very much that this computerised approach may result in some contact!BTW would anyone be able to recommend an affordable holiday destination where you could be assured of being with other Drager users?
Very tempted by the new full face mask that Drager have finally released to go with the Dolphin...not so tempted by the price tho'!Anybody got one yet?Any good?
Thanks,Lee

Lee,

Welcome aboard Stuart Ford's "Black Sheep Squadron" of re-breather divers!!

This site has rapidly become THE best site for Rebreather divers of ALL stripes and types to feel comfortable with. This community covers the globe, with members in many countries around the world. We are "inclusive" in our attitude, not "exclusive", so we have every kind of RB diver known to man so far (even a bunch of bluidy Sassenachs)! We are always looking for unknown types to add to our group.

Welcome aboard, and don't forget to post some more about yourself, your diving, and piccies...(We are always looking for more PICCIES!!!)

Cheers!

Rob Davie
