Well, it's been some time since I've been diving. It must have been around 1991 or so, since I last dove. But I've made the decision to get back into it, since the kids are getting a little older, and may also try to convince the wife to get OC certified. I figured with me, I'm gonna get into SCR diving, and found a good deal on a Drager Atlantis with a lot of extras, which cost me what a high end OC regulator and a few extras would have cost me. I purchased it, and am awaiting for the instructor and I to coordinate our time to get me certified for the unit. So I can't say I know how SCR diving is, since I haven't tried it yet, but I know I will probably be spoiled from OC diving.
