Dutchy wants to join you ppl

Hi All,

It's been a while since I've been on these forums as a guest. Now that I've decided I want to take diving a step further I joined.

OK who am I.....?

I'm just the next diver that thought it would be fun taking a diving course while in a tropical location and found it was fun. Diving in Holland? Naaaaaaah, poor visibility and far too cold. I was a tropical diver and I had lots of great encounters with Dolphins and more....

Then I got kids.... Oops, gone were the tropical Diving days. Although I made an occasional Dive in the Netherlands it just wasn't as fun as it used to be.

Then a friend and buddy of mine invited my to join him on a trip to the North Sea to go wreck diving. The WW1 wrecks were great and vis was ok, but oh this no deco bottom time on air....

That's when I really started diving and updrading my equipment.... I guess this is the point where I refuse to take anymore weight down and scare away the mamals. I'm going CCR

loooooool, all of a sudden it doesn't seem like a good idea anymore.
Maybe I'd better give up the idea and start building houses from matches or something else that isn't a material intensive hobby
