Hi to all the CCR users out there ! Still building up my hours on my new Insp Classic. Am Trimix OC cert but will convert to CCR trimix as soon as hours allow. Anyway I travel 2hrs north and dive a coral reef or travel 2hr south and dive an ancient sandstone Shoal. Both are inhabited with sand tiger sharks. Where am I ?

Kitty litter is none existant in Richards bay - however it can be obtained in Durban - www.meridiandive.com operation run by Barry Coleman - main Rebreather supplier on coast. For your Meg the conatct would be Alan Drake have not got an email but here is an SA cel +27823790778. If you comne this way feel free to give me a shout.

Thanks for the welcome and gere are a few pictures of reef sharks and awhle shark taken last Sat. The shark is the one without the rebreather ! Sandtigers to follow this coming weekend - Regards

Hi Alan,

Welcome to the site. I am planning to head over your way later this month with my Evo, how warm is the water at the moment? I have dived down at Aliwal in the past and been to Richards Bay but never dived there, how is it? Is there a dive outfit operating there?
