| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Greetings from CPH Denmark I got my APD Evolution Rebreather on Sunday. Started my TDI CCR air course on Monday and had my first try out dive in the pool on Tuesday. The plan is to finish the course at the end of March so that I am ready to go CCR diving when the dive season really start. My instructor is a friend of mine so the course have only one attendant - me. My unit is a second hand unit so I was able to get it without the long wait that APD has on new units. I have been diving OC for 21 years but as I have started on technical diving last year I decided to go for the Evolution CCR. I live in Copenhagen Denmark and dive mostly with my club, Aquarius where we now are 5 Rebreather divers. I have contact to other APD CCR divers in Denmark who I later hope to go on some CCR dives with. Poul Olesen |

![]() | Grats on joining the ranks of the bubbless. The one main thing that gave (still gives me) trouble is all my extensive experance in OC (I stated diving in 1968). I still find myself drifting back into my comfort zone and find myself thinking in OC, then have to slap myself and force my mindset back into closed circut. ![]() |

| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Today I had my first dive with my Evolution over 10 meters. It was a wreck dive with the maximum dept at 30 meter. I had a very good dive and had absolutely no problem with buoyancy. It was almost easier then OC at the wreck and only a bit different at the ascent where there is more air to went. It was cold. The weather today is -2 degree Celsius and the water was 2 degree at the surface and 7 degree at the bottom. It was only one dive today witch was good because my feeders were frozen when we were finish diving ![]() This here Rebreather diving is very cool and something for me ![]() Go diving Poul Last edited by PoulO : 4th March 2006 at 14:20. |
