| Welcome, Rigdiver!!!!!!!!! Folks, How about a great big welcome for our new member, Rigdiver, from Beaumont, The Republic of Tejas, in the USA. I feel a special affinity for Rigdiver (a.k.a. Bill), because I trained him as a pilot of the mighty YBOD!!! I have to tell you all, it was TOUGH duty, training in the waters of Grand Cayman. The water was cold (78-80 degress F), and rough (light chop 6"-1 ft). The viz was really low (dropped all the way down to 100 ft at times). The worst part was that the critters like turtles, rays, sharks, and colorful fish kept getting in the way and distracting us from our mission, darn it!! Bill is, by profession, an R.N. with a strong paramedic background. He is also a (now inactive) NAUI Course Director who has trained over 2000 students himself. As you might expect, he is a really smooth diver in the water. He was an extremely attentive student, and just made life easy for me as an instructor. Of course, like all of us here, he is working on modifying his rig with some fine pieces from Tobin George at Deep Sea Supply. (We expect some good pics from him asap.) So, Bill, welcome to Stuart Ford's "International Nest of Strange Re-breather Creatures"! Rob Davie
