Cool Just sayin' HI

Thought I'd intoduce myself,
Names Nige, just waiting for my inspiration to arrive, complete with Vision ware and all the gobbly bits. I'm off to La Paz Baja Mexico in a month, anyone want to bet APD haven't got the box rerady in time. If not I'll be scaring the crap out of everything that swims and adding to my vast collection of fishes arse photos.
Has anyone been to La Paz in recent times?
I'll be diving with The Cortez Club.
And have the fish got pretty arses?

Nige.

Howdie

I have dived in La Paz a bunch of times - some of the fishies have pretty big butts - especially them there hammerheads!!

Main dudes there is Luke if I recall, real nice guy - you should hook up with him.

I think I read some where else on the board that our Photo dude organisies trips there - see what he says - also check out the destination in the destination button up top.

Thanks for the info CaveDiv3r.

The guy your talking about is Luke Inman, I've already been in touch and will be doing a bit with him. Hopefully with the new CCR. It seems that the Cortez Club is CCR friendly, Maybe they'll lend me a set to dive with them thar Big Butt Hammers. If APD dont deliver.

Hey Nige. You will have a blast down there diving with the Cortez Club. Luke is the rebreather man at the resort. They run an excellent operation. They do have extra 02 and dil bottles so you may want to call and see if they have some for you to rent so you dont have to bring yours. CALL AND DOUBLE CHECK THOUGH!!

Diving is great (cold right now). I may be headed down there for 4 days or so next month...but I will be bringing the dry suit as temps are in the mid 60's until June. Are you going down there to do your training?? (it is a great place to do the training dives, when it is warm).

hey h2ophotopro,

That is one coooool handle.

Thanks for the info, turns out the guy we are talking about is an old visitor to the dive centre where I work.

Luke Inman, he did his instructor training at our place, now he's reached the dizzy heights of course director, and is now the main man in the southern Baja. I cant wait to see him, he's a goodun.

I did my Inspo phase 1 Jan 2004 been saving up ever since, now I've got the greenbacks and no Box. . . . . . YET !!

The Cotez trip is to realize a little ambition, do a bit of diving, photo some sealions and maybe see some big palagics.

So no training just chilling. DUI's already packed.
Be nice to see you at the cortez club. cant miss me .. short legs, big belly, gin & tonic in right hand, diving widow in the left.
