Hi everybody, what a great site.

I'm not yet a Rebreather diver, but I do have several buddies that are, 2 with Prism's, One with a "YBOD".

The advantages are easy to see, I fear my time is not far off

I do currently produce parts that are Rebreather specific, under counter lung Drings and a couple of kits for mounting conventional BackPlates to Prism's and Inspirations.

I have photo's of the CL Drings on my site, and at the next opportunity get photos of the adapter kits.

Glad you got my invite. You are right. This is a great site, and getting better every day!

It IS time, my boy, for you to come over to the "Dark Side of the Force" in diving; the mysterious world of re-breathers.

You cannot escape. The High Priest of the Prism (Stefan) is not far from you, and, as you know I am a Pilot of the Mighty YBOD (Although as Stefan has pointed out, my YBOD is now black!).

Just a head-up...

I have bought some gear from Tobin recently with the plan of using them with the Sport-KISS for traveling. They were:

the light-weight backplate with SS reinforcement at the webbing points
tank strap compression pads
light-weight replacement of wing nuts

They just arrived a few days ago so I didn't get a chance to dive them yet, but will be able to do so in a few days. But the quality looks superb.

So if anyone is looking to lighten their loads when travel with their rig, look at Tobin's website and see if you could replace some of your existing gears with his light-weight versions.
