Hello from Norway (also cold)

Hello all,
I'm currently the newest member, have been lurking for a while, and since I now officially am a Rebreather-diver, decided to join.

I live in Oslo, Norway, and do most of my diving along the norwegian cost. The farther away from Oslo, the better :-)

I currently use a Dolphin SCR, but may go for something more advanced later. For now I am happy with my new toy. It includes a Aladin w/O2-sensor, so my buddies complain that I only look at my computer, and not at them...

You'll just have to dive with more attractive female buddies then... lycra suits in the Fjords... hmmmm...

Yeah, thats the thing about neoprene drysuits :-)
They tend to be bulky

None of my female buddys will even think about not using dysuit here. Not even 7mm in the summer... -Oh well, must bring them to warmer climate then.

Re: Hello from Norway (also cold)

What's the diving like around Oslo, I get out there probably 2 - 3 times a year on business. Seems a shame to waste a good opportunity if there is one.

Cheers

Rich

Crap, -you were not supposed to read this thread
Well, I'm hoping you will use something a little less bulky then a drysuit in Sharm :-)

Oslo is not ideal, but right now the visibility is not to bad. Had a dive yesterday wich was very nice. If you travel to somewhere else then Oslo, it will be better.

But, if you have the time when you are here, give me a shout, and well go diving. (I live in Oslo)
