![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Greetings from sunny West Palm Beach, FL Hello all from sunny West Palm Beach, FL I think a quick introduction is in order. I am a highly avid diver since, god knows when, with a huge amount of underwater time put in. Got my first taste of diving with Rebreather’s in 2000 with the dolphin, later moving up to the YBOD mod 1 in 2003, but have only put in 15 hours on one (actually three - loners). As of yet, I am still in the market for one (KISS Sport is certainly the top of my list). Having spent some time looking over this site, viewing broad range of threads covering the topic of Rebreather diving and I can say I am highly impressed with the amount information and insight you all have to offer. So from here, I guess I should launch my first question on the topic Passive addition SCR’s.One the models I am interested in is built by German Diving Systems (www.gds-techdive.com/index.html) called AH1. I know it is a Rebreather-80 clone, but has anyone see/dived one of these units? Also, any info (as to their credibility) on German Diving Systems would be helpful. Thanks From another idiot with a camera. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Greetings from sunny West Palm Beach, FL Welcome a Sport Kiss is a good choice simple, clean easy to operate and the price is good. But I noticed that you cave dive and in that case you might want to look at a unit that is designed from the start to go caving like the Optima. Both are great units and have a good group of folks making them. |
