Greetings from Spain

Hi everybody,

I am François, living in Costa Brava, Spain.

I am an OC diver since 99, and I'll switch to Rebreather in two monthes. (a mCCR, made in Belgium, the rEvo - it will be delivered in february).

I dive mainly in Med (Spain and France), and in lakes in France and Switzerland.

Today, the only Rebreather I ever dived were SCR Azimuth and the Dolfin.

So, happy to join your community, where I expect to learn a lot.

Y, normalmente, voy a tener mi CCR rEvo II al principio de febrero. Hablaremos.
Ahora estoy trabajando en Francia hasta febrero, pero suelo venir un fin de semana cada mes en Espana. He visto Francesc el fin de semana pasado.

Is there any good dive operation in the Costa Brava that offers, Nitrox, O2, Sorb etc??
A few years back, I had a hard time around Roses to even find Nitrox for my SCR.

In Costa Brava, It's a bit difficult. There is a trimix instructor who owns a dive op in l'Estarit, but I don't know if he is able to provide sorb.

For nitrox, you con find fills up to 40% in Llafranc.

For other gas, easyer to go in Barcelona where a dive shop, Servisub Marina, is able to offer a complete mixing gas facility but not sure for sorb.

It is not so much the sorb, I can bring that along myself, but it is more in getting the Nitrox for my SCR. Who in Roses fills Nitrox?

They are NRC. Nitrox for Free!!!!!. They are Rebreather Divers and probably also has Sorb. I think is the best option near Roses.
