I'm in the midst of doing a technology MBA project for the OU which concerns theories of technology management and specifically Models that we all use to manage risk. To set it in the context of a real world situation I am considering this in terms of recreational use of the APD Inspiration.

I have contacted a few Inspiration divers who have suggested that I post my questions on this forum.

I have placed a few questions in the Rebreather Accidents and Incidents section as I really couldn't think where else to put it (rather than here). Hope that's appropriate.
