New from Ottawa, ON, Canada Hi Guys, I've been lurking here for a while, but have not posted to date. I don't dive a rebreather yet, but a number of my friends do. At some point in the not too distant future I may take the plunge as well. I do a lot of diving in the St Lawrence river from Cornwall, ON to Kingston, ON as well as in Western Quebec. I also run a dive business (Scuba Geek Canada), and carry a fair bit of technical diving, gas analysis, and gas mixing gear. Of course and perhaps of more interest to those on this forum, I stock SodaSorb, Sofnolime and other rebreather accessories. I expect to be posting more once I get a little more into choosing the rebreather that's right for me... Best Regards, Mat.

Re: New from Ottawa, ON, Canada Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I'll start shopping for a breather at some point, but not right away. In the mean time I'll continue reading and learning, and sponging knowledge from by breather buddies ![]() Mat.

Re: New from Ottawa, ON, Canada Welcome Matt you know me from deco stop... I just made the switch to a Rebreather.. I mean just.. I just sent a deposit to a guy in Toronto and going up to meet him and pay for it Saturday. I have selected the KISS as my machine of choice. There are quit a few people around here diving them. which helped my choice and well this unit is pretty much brand new and the diver has mad a choice to leave the sport all together after just recently getting it and taking his courses... I could not pass the deal on this machine for that. Hope you enjoy your stay here and find it a great resource as I have... I spent more time lurking and well...once my course is done and I actually know something and I am diving the rebreather maybe then I can comment more. Safe diving Chris.
