| Re: Divinf in California! Scuba luv are reasonably rebrether friendly, I think you'll find they're OK if pricey. In Ventura there's a shop with a lot of activ rebreather customers, http://www.xtremescuba.com/ - give them a call and see what they have going on THe Sea Bass is very rebreather friendly - Dive Sea Bass - diving co.. Look at his schedule, then book with the shop that has his boat that weekend. Hollywood divers are rebreather friendly, as is xtreme scuba, both of which charter him. In San Diego, the Marissa is really cool with rebreathers, and the Lois Ann is too if they're not too full. Call ahead and check with any boat you're planning to go on.

That is a tall order. Really. Can you add to that: meet the Dalai Lama, and climb mount Everest?![]() Andrew posted some good info. You best bet to try and meet all of those benchmarks is to get to Catalina and take some boats out of there. If you can hit any of the banks (Farnsworth, Tanner or Cortez) you could get lucky. The trips are far out there but you can run into some crazy bottom features and almost any kind of sea life. We have some good wrecks in San Diego (80m range), and we are willing to take you there. Not sure if you will get the same response from LA.
