![]() | Greetings from Switzerland… Dear all, Having been a passive member (for “research” purposes) of this enlightening forum for some time, I finally took the plunge a few weeks back and completed my MOD1… Inspiration with an immediate crossover to Megalodon. The training was conducted at Pro-Tech (Phuket), where I had the privilege of befriending and diving with a top-notch instructor (Matt Partridge) and, as chance would have it, a first-rate buddy (Max a.k.a. “Swissdiver”). All in all, an excellent couple of weeks with expert tutelage, in-depth academics and no nonsense “wet work” (am still performing BOOM-drills in my sleep). Indeed, the Meg is ordered and should be arriving momentarily… Nice. Looking forward to joining and/or keeping a close eye on the knowledgeable threads herein and furthermore to cross paths (hopefully underwater) with other esteemed members of Rebreather World in the near future. Dive safe, Carl |

![]() | Re: Greetings from Switzerland… Hey buddies, Dipping my toe in the "water", as it were... Defacto the first time I post anything on any forum. Indeed, I share the enthusiasm for next weeks delivery... Apart from the Meg I have something like 3 related deliveries of various bits and bobs... Can't wait to get to "work" and start assembling/configuring. Matt - Will make a point of hooking up with you prior to Coron. In time we will know where... Max - give me a bell as soon as you're back. I believe some diving is in order... Take care, C |
