I've just signed up to the site, and must say it's been fantastic. I've had some very good advice and encouragement. If you're lurking, then you really aren't benefitting from it, trust me!

Hi Jon,

Welcome to the site!

Any chance you'll be switching over to the dark side anytime soon or are you just enjoying people watching us obsessed rebrether freaks online?

I'm going to do a try-dive in Lanzarote in June (that's on a Rebreather of course, not OC

) then make up my mind. But that seems to be a forgone conclusion by what I've been reading, so a kidney and my right lung are already on eBay to raise some more cash.

p.s. I'm already hooked on the idea, I just need to get on with it!

If you'll be able to acquire the funds and pull it off by simply donating one kidney and one lung, then you're ahead of the game! I have an artificial heart, I'm on regular dialysis and I'm in indentured servitude, because I had to donate my heart, both kidneys and offer up my freedom in exchange for the funds to make the transition, but if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate! I'm sure you will love it as well!
