The thing is I've got him using a simple CDBA, and really I think I should update him a little. Maybe I need that to happen to me as well!

I am so out of touch with re-breathers, but I don't really know where to start.

I'll get there.

Tony, To get right Up to date on military kit Kevin J is your man Heydude on the forum. I believe he is now producing this type of kit for the US and UK navy. This is his website

Hi Tony,
Still serving as a cd book was a top read and since i joined up in 84 alot of stuff was clear as bell shipmate . Unfortunately things have changed alot and the fun days have gone dramatically. any chance of getting a signed copy for personal keeps just let me know how much and were to send cheque to. seems strange asking a cd for his scribe ha

I understand a lot has changed mate, and not much for the good from what I hear.
The easiest way for you to get a signed copy, (and the cheapest) is to do it via my site.DIVER DIVER. A diving book. Diving, scuba, saturation, a life under water.
There might be quite a bit on the site you will find interesting anyway.
Where are you based at the moment? I live in Pompey and I'd love to catch up with some are you guys.
Catch you later. Tony

'I'm glad you enjoyed it. Could you do me a small favour? Would you please leave me a review on Amazon? It all helps.'

Tony

Consider it done.

I wish I'd have known you were at LIDS as I would have brought my book for you to graffiti.

I really enjoyed your book, especially the descriptions of Scottish night life, sounded horribly familiar.

Re: Hello from an Ex Royal Navy Clearance Diver.

Hi All

I think mainly because sooo many of you have bought the book it's going great guns. 14,000 or so in a few short months, and I'm an unknown!
So, thanks one and all for all the micky taking and kind words in equal measure!

I've stuck a bit of it on YouTube: http://uk.youtube.com/Deeps47

Crikey Tony, that was fast! I only just finished doing a bit of a review of your book on the off-gassing forum and here you are!

Welcome in and I'm sure you'll find all the info you'll ever need on Rebreather World! I sure have.

Is that you in the photo? You look like a star wars storm trooper!

Sorry, off on a bit of a tangent there.
