![]() | caver changes his equipment Hello everybody, sorry for just being curious some month and getting some information without introducing myself. My name is Thomas living in Munich and I am diving for 17 years OC. It took a long time being ready for a Rebreather. These forums helped me a lot to overcome my fear. I decided for a CCR because of the efficiency and finally for a Hammerhead which I did not regret. I just finished my course in Florida. But I want continue the training in our local lakes to get more routine. If somebody want to join me just drop me a line. cheers, thomas |

All you need to do is send me the air tickets and provide the accomdations. I would also like a dark blue BMW 740 for cruising the autobahn. I can be there as soon as you need me and stay for a month or two depending upon how good your cooking skills are. By the way no Pizza Hut allowed. ![]() You will really enjoy the nice warm moist air from the CCR once you get in the cold water. I did a 70min dive last night with a bottom temp of 6C/43F. I think he lives close to you and I know he was looking for someone to build up hours with. He is still out in Mexico, so won't see this for a few days. I'm also not sure what he posts on Rebreather World as but there is someone there! Janos

![]() | Re: caver changes his equipment Thomas Welcome to the dark side. We have alot more exploring to do, I just have to figure out if we can get the porter to hump the rebreathers through the jungle. Probable much easier then carrying the 12 liter tanks. Congradulations. You will be happy with the change. andibk |

![]() | Re: caver changes his equipment Thanks for the Welcome! Think I will find this chap .@John: I know you had problems with your BMW so I would recommend my small silver grey Toyota Yaris which only need 4l/100km Diesel. That is very efficient... like a Rebreather . Maybe meet you in Thailand together with Bruce if I can wait until September.@Randy: Hope to see you again in Cave Country or maybe Munich. BTW Congrats to your Rebreather Instructor. Best Regards, Thomas |
