You can contact Tanaka at Blue Quest. He can provide any thing you need for your dives : oxy, he, sorbs and refill or tanks. Lighter trips....

It is the most convenient solution if you dive occasionnaly in Japan.

Tanaka-san has a great operation, and can fix up all you mention and more. Unfortunately, he is diving in Miyako-jima through the first week of December. He is contactable on the usual number, though.
