It's not so difficult, I lived in Guadeloupe during 10 years and have began my first mixed dives on the island. To have helium, you to the Sogig (or the equivalent in Martinique) and you buy helium. Simple. Expensive, perhaps, but simple.
At St-Pierre de la Martinique you have a dive center wich use helium and rebreather : Papa d'lo.

Great, I usually leave Le Marin toward South. If I come back a day earlier I will ancor somewhere there, if possible. Or there is buoys or pier?
However without Boris.
