Hello everyone, just joined the site

Hi, my name is Leif. My background includes that of being an engineer and manager of large groups. It also includes being a certified instructor with SSI and SDI/TDI. I'm an Advanced TriMix diver and just starting to move into the direction of rebreathers.

In August, I had a blast at Tech Week, Grand Caymans. Performing dives below 300 ft was great but carrying enough gas, using an open circuit system was a challenge. Therefore, it did not take long to realize why one of my dive buddies use an Ouroberos rebreather. I got it! So with Robin's influence I'm looking at the Sentinel which should be introduced at DEMA.

As an engineer this will be a first. I never buy the first unit of anything ... well nothing is set in stone.

If anyone would like check out my web site Seascapes Photo Underwater Photography Diving Lessons it needs some up dating and new photos (which I have).

Nice to be part of something that is the future of diving.

Denver huh? I spent a couple a years living there. I just can't handle the cold anymore

Welcome to Rebreather World. Denver is just over the hill from Salt Lake City, so if you are ever in the neighborhood, give me a shout. Robin is a great guy! Glad you had a good time with him.
