Curious about RBs and comms

Hello everyone!

I found this site by googling FFMs and RBs. It seems like there are a lot of people here who are really knowledgeable and I'm hoping to pick up some info on using FFMs with communications eq. I've been curious about RBs for a while now, but have been waiting for the technology to make them "smaller" and simpler to use. Been diving fairly actively for about a decade now and manage to down about 100 dives a year all in good fun!

Lately I've had the thought of trying to do some "live" voice-work through a comm unit and overlay that on UW video - anyone know if there are any comm set-ups that can even do that?

I'm from Edmonton in Canada and there does not seem to be any place here where I can find an instructor or even see different RBs and FFMs, let alone comm units - any advice on how to remedy that would be greatly appreciated.

You would be surprise to find out how many divers have RBs in Edmonton. Lorne at The Dive Outfitters has a Megalodon and also sale the unit.
Go talk to him.

I am a meg instructor and I will be coming to Edmonton in a month or so to conduct a Rebreather tryout. Talk to Lorne at the Dive Outfitters for times and cost.
