Hello everyone.

Have often found info on the site so finally got round to registering

I'm British but have bought a house in the SE corner of France to be a bit closer to the sea (now about 5 miles) and partly to find a house I could afford after looking the UK!

I've been diving since university (Marine Biology, Liverpool) over 15 years ago. Had several long breaks but now hoping to go more often. For the last few years I have had a Dolphin which I've now added a KISS valve to and am convinced of the benefit of CCRs.

Part of the reason for joining is to research the URM for my VR3 and which CCR to buy eventually cash allowing. So lots of reading

I like the look of the MEG's, must appeal to my love of modifying things

I used to live in Italy and we'd head over to Chamonix to ski the bowls and back country. If you are only 5 miles from the ocean...you've got it made!

yup,5 miles from the sea (and there is a marine national park here so fish!) and 1.5 hours from skiing in the Pyrenees
