| Re: Intro - drinking the kool-aid in Nov Hey guys, Michael, I live right across the freeway from you in LO. Good to know there is another Rebreather diver close by to go diving with once I cross over to the dark side. Have to check my calendar on the conference. I'll let you know if I am going. Interested in car pooling?Glad to see our numbers are expanding. There are a few of us around the area thanks to Leon being close by. I'm currently diving with a bunch of open circuit guys (out of Portland) who haven't tasted the kool-aid yet. Will any of you be at The Edmonds Conference Center on 9-9 for the Pacific Northwest Tech Diving Conference? It would be nice to hook up with other Meg divers. Michael Pement |

| Re: Intro - drinking the kool-aid in Nov To all of Mel Clark's November class, have fun. You picked a very qualified and an awesome ISC and TDI Instructor Trainer for your Meg training. Looking forward to your reports. Oh, one thing to remember, she is CANADIAN. ![]()

| Re: Intro - drinking the kool-aid in Nov Nice to know that we'll have some classmates! Man, the suspense is absolutely KILLING me! I mean, I just wrote what's basically the biggest check I've ever written...(outside of a couple of real estate transactions, and those didn't seem like "real" money to me anyway), but I busted my butt all summer for this, and I still don't have it, and when I get it, I have to wait for another 5 weeks to start USING it! I'm not very good at "deferred gratification" in case you couldn't tell. I want my shiny new toy, already! I resent my doubles every time I lift the heavy f#%*ing things, now!Definitely looking forward to getting my Meg and starting the class ![]() ![]() |

| Hey guys! Good luck on your class. I trained with Mel and loved every minute. And yes, she is Canadian but she's managed to end up on the right side of the border. Just kidding Explorer. I'll dive with you anytime. ![]() |

I know how you feel, it really sucks. I had my brand new Optima setting in my garage while I was still training on it. I had to move it to get out my steel 120's to go diving. It was really nasty to carry those things around again.![]()
