yo, i'm new!

hey all, heading to the dark side eh?

Rebreathers fascinate me - bubble less interaction with the aquatic environment, enabling the diver to spend alot of time underwater, and the technicalities involved.

I am currently going through my PADI dive master training and after my IDC I plan to do some diving with rebreathers, im not bothered about depth... well i do wanna go deep... i dunno. My interests lie within cave and ice diving and diving with big marine life.

So in the mean time before I take a rebreather course im gonna soak up as much info about tech diving as humanly possible, rebreathers while fascinating are ****ing scary.

If i were to get one, it would be either the KISS or the Meg... i think

peace

Re: yo, i'm new!

I had similar thoughts to you before I did my CCR training. I have had my unit for about 10 months now and am seriously addicted to it, this is not a hobby it is an obsession!!!

Rebreather diving seems scary with limited knowledge (no offense), this site is perfect for you to learn more about the bubble-free world.

Good luck in the future!

John

The copis meg is the best of both worlds for me, the build quality and customizability of the meg, the simplicity of the KISS!
