Talking Got bubbles need ditching

Hey there. I do not have a rebreather at the moment and I am just beginning to do my homework on them. I get to try out one for the first time next week (a Dive Rite Optima II) and I am quite thrilled about that. My main reason for seriously considering a rebreather are the bubbles that are a "by product" from OC. I shoot video and notice how frequently many fish panic whenever I exhale. Plus everyone can tell my breathing rate if I don't have a soundtrack.

I look forward to getting to know this board well and learning all I can about the different rebreathers that are out there. Packetsniffer referred me to here so blame him!!

Cheers

Welcome to the group. Ask as many question as you can before buying a unit so the unit fits your style of diving. Since some unit are better than others for various types of diving.

Yes, I shall be doing my homework before I get a Rebreather. Hey, it is now "when" not "if"!! I don't remember that happening. Has someone been brainwashing me during my sleep? I don't expect it will be this year but next. That should give me enough time to know the market as well as I ought. Thanks for the welcomes.
