![]() | Hello All Hello All Well I'm new to the site, and I figured I would join just to get the low down on things. I know this place can offer mostly opinion, but hey, you never know what one can learn. As a tech diver, I modified my rebreather to fit my needs, although I did not modify anything having to do with the life support part. I just added a different wing, harness, and some other nifty little do dads that my friends seem to love. So the question is, do you prefer a steel or aluminum back plate, and why? I use aluminum for weight reasons, I gotta tell ya, it's like night and day. I also have my own little business in the underwater videography area. My instructor, mentor, and friend is well known in the diving community, but like I said before, you never know what you can learn from others. My second question is, does anyone recommend connecting peripherals to the unit for video?? |
