Howard mentioned a name from way back & it jogged my memory banks... Lou Fead. Dove with him a bit in the Bahamas (Unexso) and he taught me how to simplify, relax, & enjoy the dive. More recently, Trimix, with Ted Green was a good class.


What’s your standard Kit:
O2ptima now, Double 100's or 120's before.


Where do you usually Dive:
Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, & Florida


Number of Dives:
1200 +


Deepest Dive:
200'


Longest Dive:
1.25 Hour


Favourite Dive:
Any dive at Coco Island, CR
Been there four times..... If you like big fish action, it's one of the best places in the World to see it all.



Worst Dive:
Any zero vis dive off DE, MD or NJ.


What dive/trip would you most like to do:
Coco Island, CR with the O2ptima.

Being on a wreck and pulling out a ceramic jug and putting it on top for everyone to enjoy for years to come, well until some a$$hole decided to take it home in 2005. You guys can take what you want from the oceans, but please don't take things from the Great Lakes Wrecks, If I see you I WILL SHOOT!!

Running out of air due to hella current and having to buddy breathe.

UK South coast, favourite areas- Weymouth, Newquay and anywhere the viz is good!

About 500, last 70 on CCR

Deepest Dive
OC- 77mtrs, CC- 51mtrs

Longest Dive
111minutes (OC Trimix dive off Weymouth) 2nd longest was 95min night dive at 5mtrs in Gozo following hunting octopus!

Favourite Dive
Either U-1021 out of Newquay or Empire Heritage off Northern Ireland.

Worst Dive
Salsette as Sports diver way back, lost weightbelt with 18minutes of deco due, opps!

Return to Northern Ireland on rebreather after mod3

Know your PPO2, Pre-breath, Use checklists, Validate cells at 6mtrs, Use pure O2 at or near surface, Use a BOV, Don't dive Solo, Change Slime and Cells as recommended by Manufacturer and RTFM!
