Welcome aboard. I think you'll find this a friendly atmosphere. I dive with some cool-aid drinkers. It amazes them I go 3 to 4 days of diving between changing 20 cu ft gas cylinders. The benefits are real. The Inspiration is not perfect out of the box, but it can accept a wide variety of other manufacturers kit. I have a homemade SS plate on mine with Halcyon webbing and an H on the SS buckle. I like to see the cool-aid drinkers expressions with the big H on a yellow box of debt/death.

I could have used one this weekend after meeting a chap who clocked the BIG Halycon sticker on the back of my box. I said a few things about winding them up etc. (as you do), and had to ask him when we got kitted up if he was the bloke I was talking to earlier... he was then in full DIR kit... ahhh.... I jumped straight in.

If they do a special company shovel, I'd need one for the boat as well.

Nearly got the KISS, twas v close but opted for a 2nd hand YBOD to save myself ~£1.5K

Must admit if I'd had chance to try one out...
