Greetings from Oireland!!

Hi All,

Just wanted to say hello as I've been mooching about here for quite a bit.

Been diving for 5 years, about 300 dives with 50 on a twinset. Love being underwater and have been thinking about getting a 'breather for quite some time to go deeper and stay longer!

Nearest I've got is about 10% of the cash necessary saved. Have had a try-a-dive on a Classic Inspo but through reading up and drooling over piccies I think the top of my which-rebreather-I-want list is a Megalodon/Classic Kiss/rEvo2 (mind you - if someone gave me a Vision for free I wouldn't spit in their face!). Reason for one of these is that they seem a bit easier to travel with.

Have done Scapa, the Red Sea (heading back there next month!), Cyprus and all over Ireland. Will hopefully get around to doing a Trimix course this year and then a rebreather next year (when I'll have changed my mind 17 times in the meantime).

In the meantime my rebreather saver account is about to be depleted as I'm hoping to get a Solus 500 this week or next. I need a lotto win bad.

Either that or watch out for a slightly used kidney on eBay (I can survive on one, right?)

Cheers

bf

Hi bf,

Welcome to Rebreatherworld and I am sure you will find plenty more to drool over although I would suggest keeping the Kidney and hitting the Credit Union instead.

Regards
