Hello from Hawaii

Hi all,

I think I introduced myself before, but haven't participated in the forum for a long time, so here you go again. I am a marine biologist working in Hawaii, my specialty are reef fishes. I do a lot of underwater photography and just did my first CCR ocean dive today with an inspiration vision. I will be reading a lot of posts here in the future and making many questions!

I will finish the basic CCR training next week and try to log as many hours as possible to continue on and do the trimix training. Hopefully I will be ready by mid next year and will join Rich Pyle in an expedition to Indonesia and explore deep reefs there.

Welcome. I'm surprised we haven't met here on Oahu. We'll have to do a dive sometime.

Sure you don't need any Q.U.E.S.T-trained self-supporting scientist/CCR/videographer/photographer/data mongering/research associate-type people to help you guys out a bit on that arduous expedition?
