| Wongie Diver Current Rebreather/s: | Hello Hello Hi ladies & gents!! Suppose I should do the right thing here and introduce myself. Anyway, I currently live in Brisbane Australia and been diving CCR since 2004. I use to dive the classic inspo but really hated the fact that the bloody thing was consciously having this agenda of screwing my dives one way or the other. So I divorced the old girl and hooked up the the Clasic KISS instead. So far, it's my weapon of choice. So enough of my bullshit anyway, I presume some kind of harsh initiation ceremony awaits me ahead. Anyway, hope to learn lots from you guys..... Cheers and safe diving

| Banned Current Rebreather/s: | G'day mate, and welcom to Rebreather World. Great to see another local join the forum. Anyway, I see you live in the same town I do, which makes me ask the question who do you go rebreather diving with, a charter operator or private boats? If it's a charter boat, can you tell me which one? Cheers. -Marek |

| Wongie Diver Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Hello Hello I use to do a lot of diving off Esperence Star, I also dive with the D3 mob, Herb on the GoldCoast and Dave Walton. Since there are not that many tecnical people around Brisbane, we problably bumbed into each other before. We should go for a dive some time!! Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, I've got a small RIB at my disposal (http://home.iprimus.com.au/marekm/boat/boat-side.jpg) and am happy to take you up on that offer as soon as I get more practice with my rebreather. I'll PM you with details later.Jonathan Cheers. -Marek |

| Banned Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Hello Hello Well, for last half decade my boat crew/divers consisted of: 1. Jack the Polish diving instructor, who has since taken up paragliding. 2. Thomas the brave/crazy diver who moved to the Isle of Man in England. 3. Marta my sister who now has a full time job and does not have time to dive. 4. The the local dive shop who recently told me they don't like rebreathers and won't have me dive my Rebreather anywhere near them. So having no one to dive with, the boat has been sitting and collecting dust while I search for a new crew. While waiting I spent my weekends building the rebreather and learning to use it. However, I have been training up a new batch of divers/boat handlers to replace the old crew, but its a long and slow process. Consequently, if I can find someone who has the time and money to do some diving (especially with a rebreather) I'm very interested in making their acquaintence. Cheers -Marek |
