Hey there:

Just joined the group and wanted to say hello. Some experience with Drager Dolphins, but ready to take the next step. I work as a DM for a dive training institute in Fort Lauderdale and have a degree in behavioral biology. Obsessed with sharks and look forward to using rebreathers as a tool in doing research for my Masters.

During my first trainingdives on the INSPO, several dogfish shark swam beside me for about 25 minutes of my dive....I could reach out and touch them!!!!

I was SOLD!!!!

Rebreather’s can be a great tool for observation work with several varieties of marine life, including sharks.

I use a Sport KISS up here in North Palm Beach, FL to follow, observe and film the lemon shark aggregation we get here each winter.

Hey Jillian,

Welcome to Rebreather World. As ScubaDadMiami said we dive nearly every weekend and have several different model CCR's between us so you can take a look and ask questions to help you deside. Of course if you deside to come over to the dark side you'll have to change jobs, PD doesn't allow rebreathers.
