| Re: Fitting medium lungs Try it out. If you need, then just cut off a bit of the old hoses. APD has a nice reusable fitting system on all their low pressure hoses. That's a nice feature so you can adjust your unit to your requirements, not some "one-size-fits-badly" system. |

| Re: Fitting medium lungs Howard I would say fit the lungs & see how the hoses lay & maybe even try them ona dive or 2 first .If you then think they need shortening then undo the fitting on the counterlung end of the hose & cut a little bit of .1/2 inch max ,put the fitting back on & try again .Tedious but better than cutting 2 much of in 1 go . The fittings are designed to be reused BUT I have a vauge memory that they may be reverse threaded ,ring ap & check first . I found it helps if you use a little O2 grease on the threaded bit that you screw into the pipe . HTH if not let me know & I check on mine Mine are custom made for the rear lungs

| Re: Fitting medium lungs I had a set of large lungs with medium hoses when I got my unit. I swapped to medium lungs and the hoses lay much better (I did want the mediums anyway) Try it with the hoses you have. You may have to pull them back into the box a bit. Paul |

| Re: Fitting medium lungs The internal bit of the conector comes of conventionaly and the outer sleve is a left hand thread. Fantastic hoses I wish they were all like that ATB Mark Chase
