| Inso / Evo accessories I am just about to put my order in for an Inspo and an Evolution for myself and my wife. This will be our first CCR sets. We are booking the course and the sets will be sent to our instructor and we hope to use them during our rebreather course so we can get "hands on "with our own sets We did our try dives with various basic units and we have decided to go for these make and models with the Vision electronics. We have been asked if we want the Auto Dil Valve and the Scrubber monitor Flow stop fitted. Some advice please on the use and the benefits of having these items fitted and are they worth the money ? Please excuse me if this has been asked before but my boss is desperate to get me back to work so I have not checked all the way back in this forum to see if this has been asked / answered previously. Thanks in anticipation. Alex. |

| Re: Inso / Evo accessories I have a classic Inspiration and fitted an auto dil valve (with flow stop) and it makes descents much less busy!

| Submerge Productions Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Inso / Evo accessories Hi Alex, I would recommend to get the ADV + flow-stop and the scrubber monitor. I would also recommend to get a travelframe (developped by Decoweenie - Dave Thompson - Steven Tolleneer). Trust me, the inspiration dives a lot easier with a travelframe instead of a the yellow brick. Peter |

| Re: Inso / Evo accessories Alex I would definately get ADV & flowstop, tempstik and at least nitrox deco software, certainly all worth the money. Cheers Richard Green. |

| Re: Inso / Evo accessories My mate and I had our visions in June. We ordered ADV, tempstik etc. I think it works out a bit cheaper to have them now than add them later. You might as well you've spent a fortune any way was our motto!!!!!!!!!

I have heard that you can have them come with a more common brand like scuba pro's air 2. check it out.We did our try dives with various basic units and we have decided to go for these make and models with the Vision electronics. Thanks in anticipation. Alex. Also, consder getting an extra set of oxygen tanks for each unit, You will go through oxygen faster than dilluent and it's very nice to have those extra tanks around so that you don't have to get refills as often. the other thing i am considering getting is a new D ring for bail out. Talk to AP, they do a clip on "D" ring that i hear makes clipping on bail out much easier. I'm going to order one soon, as trying to clip your bail out tank on to the lower left swiveling "D" ring is a real bugger. From AP's Ambient Pressure Diving Ltd. , click on "accessories and spares". The part no:- Bk31 And it is called :- Verti Clip. hope that helps. g

| Re: Inso / Evo accessories ........... The verticlip thing's just a plastic surround that makes the D ring stand up vertically from whatever it's attached to. I've got them on the wing rings, as it just makes them so much easier to "find" with gloves on. They're not really designed to work on the harness rings.the other thing i am considering getting is a new D ring for bail out. | Re: Inso / Evo accessories Definitely go for it fully loaded. The ADV is essential to save you from having to manually add dil on decent. The shut off makes it easy to do O2 flushes on deco by stopping the dil from being added when you dump gas from the lungs. You could shut the valve on the cylinder but this would take away your ability to inflate your wing, dry suit (if connected) and the standard bail out to the integrated reg. The deco software whether nitrox or trimix is fantastic and is very simple to use. And the only people to not recommend the temp stik will be those that don't have one .
