Valve to bailout to both Dil and O2 gas

Has anyone seen an integrated valve that can bail out to both Dil and O2 gases. There are some very interesting designs out there for the Dil, but what about both? Is there a reason why this hasn't been done?

Well I certainly wouldn't want a valve that could switch pure O2 down my neck at depth on the wrong click.

I have an Apeks TX40 on the O2 side but with a shutoff valve and a mouthpiece cover so if O2 gets into me that way it was pretty deliberate.

I can plug 02 into my BOV via a QC connection like any other gas. For added safety I keep a Swagelok cover on the QC male connection from my 02 source to force an extra step in the process.

Re: Valve to bailout to both Dil and O2 gas

Another consideration is that the more items you put on the O2 side of things, the more failure points you have - if you get a split in this hose to some sort of 2nd stage, you will lose ALL your O2, and then you're totally screwed for remaining CCR, unless you carry a redundant source.

I put one on, in the same method as Nigel, but took it off, as I felt it added more failure points than it gave me in benefits. I can always get onto O2 at 6m on the CCR assuming the loop in still intact - I decided that this was a safer option.

Re: Valve to bailout to both Dil and O2 gas

How about using the Aircon valve on this thread, with an extra 1st stage?
