Essential item for your spares box? Was ordering another tub of slime from APD and was thinking what else to chuck in the shipment. Asked them to supply "the nut you screw onto the tempstik to hold the lower spider in place". Not that I have lost mine (yet!!) but have often looked at it when refilling the scrubber and thought what a pain it would be to lose it on a dive trip. Anyway - they interepted my request perfectly and two days later a spare now resides in my spares box. Part Number is EV09/05 and it cost £4 ish. Steve

Re: Essential item for your spares box? Yes, I looked at this plastic nut and that on the battery cover and worried about losing them or stripping their thread! I have a spare of both so I agree a good idea. Charlie

Re: Essential item for your spares box? I don't have either of these, but agree would be a good idea for long trips. I did order two of the plastic pins that go in the webbing hing on the new style lid, I remove them when I'm working on the unit. There small & easily lost! Part No. BK23-2 JT
